Terms of Service

Draftlyn provides an AI-powered text humanizer, an AI-detection score estimator, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We'll give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying customers.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Draftlyn.
• Provide accurate information when you sign up, and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us right away at draftlyne.humanizer@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use Draftlyn to:

• Generate or humanize content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful.
• Commit academic fraud, plagiarism, or violate any institution's honor code.
• Produce spam, phishing material, harassment, hate speech, or sexual content involving minors.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Reverse-engineer the service, abuse our API, bypass rate limits, or attempt to extract our models.
• Resell or sublicense Draftlyn output as part of a humanizer product that competes with us.

You retain all rights to the text you submit (“Input”) and the text we return (“Output”). You grant us a limited license to process your Input solely to provide and improve the service, and you acknowledge that we may store Inputs and Outputs to power your dashboard history.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any Input you send us, and that doing so does not violate any law or contract.

• Free accounts get a daily quota that resets at midnight in your account timezone. Quotas do not roll over.
• Paid plans bill in advance through eSewa (or other supported processors). Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• If something genuinely doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of payment and we'll work out a refund or credit.
• Prices may change. We'll give at least 30 days' notice for paid customers, and the new rate will only apply at your next renewal.

Draftlyn uses AI models. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or content that does not match the meaning of your Input. You are responsible for reviewing and editing Outputs before relying on them or publishing them.

Similarly, the AI-detection score is a statistical estimate of how a typical detector would classify your text — it is not a guarantee, certification, or legal proof of authorship.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or create risk for us or other users. Where reasonable, we'll notify you first.

You can close your account at any time by emailing us.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draftlyn is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Draftlyn harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your Inputs, your use of Outputs, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal, unless your local consumer-protection law gives you the right to sue locally.
