Draftlyn (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI text humanizer service. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at draftlyne.humanizer@gmail.com.

We collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account data: your email address, name (if provided), hashed password, and Google account ID (if you sign in with Google).
• Usage data: the text you submit for humanization or AI-detection, the resulting output, word counts, and timestamps.
• Payment data: billing records and transaction references. Your actual card or wallet credentials are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store them.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic device information for security, abuse prevention, and debugging.
• Referral data: if you arrive through an affiliate link, we record the referral code so we can credit the affiliate.

• To deliver the humanizer and AI-checker results you request.
• To manage your account, subscriptions, and billing.
• To prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To send essential service emails (password resets, payment receipts).
• To improve product quality through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

We do not train AI models on your text. Your inputs and outputs are not used to build, retrain, or fine-tune any model.

We share data only with the third parties needed to deliver the service:

• Our AI provider processes your text strictly to fulfill your request, under their data-protection terms.
• eSewa (or other payment processors) handles your payment information directly.
• Email and hosting providers deliver transactional emails and run the application infrastructure.
• Legal authorities, only where we are legally compelled to disclose information.

We never sell your data, and we never share your text content with advertisers or marketing partners.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Humanization and detection jobs are kept in your dashboard so you can refer back to them — you can delete individual entries at any time.

If you delete your account, we remove your personal data and stored content within 30 days, except where we're required to retain billing records for tax or legal purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent, where processing is based on consent.

We encrypt data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, use industry-standard authentication, and follow access-control practices that limit who on our team can view what. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We use a minimal set of cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember affiliate referrals. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Draftlyn is operated from Nepal. Depending on where our infrastructure providers are based, your data may be processed in other countries. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as our providers' standard contractual clauses) for any international transfers.

Draftlyn is not directed at anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
